Not an emergency service

Do not use this site to report emergencies. For downed power lines, fires, gas leaks, carbon monoxide or medical emergencies call 112 (cell phone), 10111 (police) or 10177 (ambulance) immediately, then your electricity provider.

Acceptable use

Submit only genuine reports. Do not submit false, abusive or automated reports, or scrape the service in a way that degrades it.

Calculator results are estimates, not bills. Check your provider’s current tariff schedule for exact charges.
